STRP incites curiosity. STRP connects creativity and technology. STRP is maker driven. STRP makes sense of the future now.
STRP is a cultural organisation that makes sense of creative technology, by linking art, life and technology in events for a wide and curious audience.
The homebase of STRP is the Strijp-S area in Eindhoven, a 20th century factory area of Philips, now turned into an innovative technocultural hotspot. STRP builds upon that legacy and stages 21st century examples and experiments of our contemporary technology-driven maker culture.
Every other spring, STRP develops and produces the STRP Biennial, one of the largest art & technology events in Europe, offering a hybrid program of exhibitions, music, talks, performances and workshops, in an accessible mix of 360 degree experience and adventure, gathering a crowd of 30.000 people in 10 days.
