We’re incredibly excited to say that The Go! Team, The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Cinerama, The Wave Pictures, Colleen Green, The Darling Buds, Laetitia Sadier, Martha, Tigercats and Euros Childs are among 53 bands and DJs confirmed for this year’s Indietracks so far.

Joining them on the bill are Desperate Journalist, Mammoth Penguins, The School, Bunnygrunt, The Catenary Wires, The Tuts, Los Bonsáis, Fire Island Pines, The Fireworks, JUNK., The Leaf Library, Eureka California, The Luxembourg Signal, Colour Me Wednesday, Fever Dream, Tuff Love, The Ethical Debating Society, The Free Fall Band, Frida & Ale, The Haywains, Firestations, Baker Island, Oh Peas!, Flemmings, Lost Pets, Remi Parson, The Hi-Life Companion, Violet Woods, Cristina Quesada, Rodney Cromwell, Alexander Christopher Hale, Evans the Death, Steven James Adams (of Broken Family Band), Emma Kupa (formerly of Standard Fare), Ralegh Long, Pete Astor, Chorusgirl, Michaelmas, Feature, Jen Schande and Francesca’s Word Salad, as well as How Does It Feel To Be Loved? DJs and Unpop DJs.


Indietracks is a unique festival combining heritage trains and indiepop music, located in the Derbyshire countryside. Each year around 50 new and established indiepop artists perform across a range of stages. Visitors are free to enjoy steam train rides, railway attractions and museums, discos, art and craft workshops, great food and a selection of real ales.

The first Indietracks events took place in 2007, and we’ve been running every year since. Previous artists include Teenage Fanclub, Edwyn Collins, Camera Obscura, Gruff Rhys, Allo Darlin’, The Pains of Being Pure At Heart, Veronica Falls, Art Brut, The Hidden Cameras, The Vaselines, Slow Club and Emmy The Great.
